Our Wall Attached Carports and Patio Cover Kits come with Fascia gutters for all four sides, your choice of three roof options,Screws, Sealant, drainage scuppers, 3" X 3" Aluminum 8' Posts and top brackets.
Bottom brackets for wood decks or concrete mounting are not included. If you are mounting posts in the ground they must be in concrete at least 2 ft deep. Mounting of posts is critical to achieving maximum load and wind ratings.
Your choice of seven great baked on acrylic TRIM COLORS.(Click on COLOR CHART to your left.The roof top is white or ivory depending on your choice of a white or ivory ceiling.

There are a few areas where extreme weather conditions or local codes call for a more "beefed up" patio covers or carports…We can meet those requirements too..if you can give us some more specific information regarding what you personally would like or what local municipal codes are mandating in terms of meeting greater load specifications.

Our sales staff will also inform you about our STRENGTH UPGRADE KITS if you live in those "in-between" areas where weather could be a factor causing the precautionary need for additional strength.

Strength Kits upgrade the roof panel thickness to the next available guage on all STANDARD and CUSTOM "W Panel" and "Flat Panel" models and adds one post on attached or two posts on a freestanding structure. This will give you significantly more overall strength depending on the size of the structure you buy.
