You may have incurred damages to your existing Patio or Carport Cover from strong winds, heavy snow etc, but the basic structure is still in good condition. Our replacement W-Panel top can save you $100's of dollars ; more importantly allow you to easily install a new top.

Our replacement top kit features the following:
Precision fabricated Fascia and Panels assure a perfect-fit interlocking assembly.

Fascia gutter on four sides available in 7 great colors.

Durable and Beautiful baked on enamel finish.

Our Top only systems include.. Instructions, fascia gutters for all four sides of the carport or patio cover, 16" W pans, corners, screws, sealant and scuppers. The purchase of a top system assumes that you, our customer, accept the responsibility of meeting all local engineering codes and specs. These patio covers and carport tops do not come with screws to mount your unit to the house wall or fascia. Downspouts not included.
